1.) Ping.

Introduction.
A utility to determine whether a specific IP address is accessible. It works by sending a packet to the specified address and waiting for a reply. PING is used primarily to troubleshoot Internet connections.
It is often believed that "Ping" is an abbreviation for Packet Internet Groper.

Definition.
The ping is the reaction time of your connection–how fast you get a response after you've sent out a request. A fast ping means a more responsive connection, especially in applications where timing is everything (like video games). Ping is measured in milliseconds (ms).

How much ping Should be there?
below 20 is best.
20-40 is good
40-60 is average (fine)
<60 is bad.
A ping test determines whether your computer can communicate with
another computer over the network. Then, if network communication is
established, ping tests also determine the connection latency (technical term for delay) between the two computers.

2.) Download Speed (unlimited)

The download speed is how fast you can pull data
from the server to you. Most connections are designed to download much
faster than they upload, since the majority of online activity, like
loading web pages or streaming videos, consists of downloads. Download
speed is measured in megabits per second (Mbps).

Download Speed is Divided by 8 the Surfing Speed. If ISP say's 1Mbps Download speed... That Doesn't Mean u will get 1000kbps download speed...
they Say 1Mbps which means 1 Megabits per second. Not MegaByte per Second
8bit = 1 Byte
1Mbps(1000) = 125KBPS (Kilobytes PerSecond) what you will get Download Speed.

kbps or Kilobits Per Second - One kilobit is 1000 bits, and bits are the smallest possible unit of information (a little on/off switch). This was typically used by mobile connections, but as mobile carriers get faster they're switching over to megabits.

kB/s or KiloBytes Per Second - Bytes are made up of eight bits, so one kilobyte equals eight kilobits. File-sizes on your computer are typically measured in bytes, so you'll usually see kilobytes used by download utilities. Bytes are capitalized when used in acronyms to distinguish them from bits, since both start with the letter B.

Mbps or Megabits Per Second - The default, as we've already discussed. It takes 1000 kilobits to make a megabit.

MB/s or MegaBytes Per Second - It takes eight megabits to make one megabyte. Most of the files on your computer are measured in megabytes, and if you have a fast connection you'll see this used in download utilities.

Now a Days 1Mbps is minimum requirement of every user... not less than that.
Download Speed Also depend on ping. If ping request timeout than download will stop for a second or few...

Extremeleech (Server Cache, BTcache, Youtube Cache 0% Buffering) what is actually?
Mostly Local Internet Service Providers provides this kind of Service... not MTNL,BSNL,Airtel,Reliance or Any other ISP
MAY Be Your Internet Service Provider Told You.. You will Get Youtube @ no Buffering And You Get amazing download speed @ Some Sites. And may b @ someT0rent files like this.

3.) Upload Speed.

The upload speed is how fast you send data from you
to others. Uploading is necessary for sending big files via email, or in
using video-chat to talk to someone else online (since you have to send
your video feed to them). Upload speed is measured in megabits per
second (Mbps).

Same as Download Speed No need of more Definition :P
