<b>Step 5:-</b> From the Aroma File Manager navigate to settings >> go to bottom and click on <b>"Automount all devices on start"</b> and then exit. <br />

Startup Manager aims at helping disable/enable startup items from system
 boot for Android devices including smartphones and tablets. To disable 
an item from system startup, uncheck the application from the list 
(recheck to restore and it will start again). For other item that do not
 start with system boot, please use “Customize” to add and enable it to 
start with system boot.<br />

User
 tab shows all the user applications that have restart function. You can
 uncheck them all to enhance system startup speed. Long tap an app name 
will give you access to enable/disable, read application info about, 
uninstall the app and search the app in Android Market.<br />
System tab
 shows all the system processes that start with system boot. Some 
processes may not be necessary to start due to our using habits and 
preferences. Please uncheck these processes only if you know well about 
the effects of disabling them. <br />

that are about 33%. On system boot every of these apps gets started. 
Possible options:<br />
- app shows a notification<br />
- app starts a (hidden) service in background<br />
- app exits again (eg user has set an option)<br />
If you disable an app in the BootManager it does not get that event and is not started at *next system boot*.<br />
ReceiverStop<br />
An app still starts at system boot? Android has many other events which could start an app!<br />
Example:
 Skype has the permission 
"android.permission.MOUNT_UNMOUNT_FILESYSTEMS". This means, (again 
Windows slang) if you insert a DVD into you drive, "autorun" is executed
 and starts Skype.<br />
Note: As your sd-card is mostly always inserted, this could be used to start apps at system boot....<br />
Other triggers are: A BlueTooth device (dis-)connect, connection type changes (2g/3g/wlan) or power adapter is (un-)plugged.<br />
All these could be restriced with my other app "ReceiverStop". Be carefull and do not disable the wrong.<br />
